Frequently Asked Questions

How long after I place my order will it ship from your facility? Orders are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after you place them. Orders only ship Monday thru Friday. You can expect you package to arrive between 1-5 business days.

What types of payments do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks* *There is a 7 business day hold on orders that are paid by personal checks.

All payments are made in U.S. currencies. No COD orders. To avoid delays be sure you have provided the correct billing address as well as the correct 3-digit code found on the back of the card.

Do you accept large quantity orders? Yes we do, but these orders may require additional shipping and may take up to 3 weeks to ship. If you want to place an order for a large quantity, we suggest you e-mail us or call us at 330-339-1948. We will then be able to give you more accurate information regarding product availability and approximate shipping time.

Do you offer quantity discounts? Our customers always receive a discount off the suggested retail of our products, and when you order $125.00 or more, you receive FREE SHIPPING too.

What are the additional shipping charges for oversized, heavy, and hazardous items? Shipping carriers charges additional fees for packages over 10 lbs., hazardous goods, and oversized items. If your order applies to these exceptions, we will contact you via e-mail and work out a solution.

Do you ship to international countries.? We currently do not ship internationally.

How do I track my order? After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing tracking information for your package(s). To view an estimated order delivery time to your area, click here.

What do I do if I haven’t received my package yet? Should you not receive your package within a reasonable time, we recommend that you contact us. We will then be able to file a claim with the shipping carrier, and either reship your order or refund your money.

Do you charge sales tax? PhillyPharmacy.com is required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Ohio. The tax rate applied to your order will match the current rate of 6.5%. All other orders shipped to addresses in the remaining 49 states, including US Territory and APO/FPO addresses, will not be subject to sales tax.

Do you require a signature when delivering packages? We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area. You can request that they leave the package in a designated area, but it is solely up to the driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays, so please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
