Philly Pharmacy's Guarantee... We are so confident of the quality, purity, potency and value of our products that we offer an unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee.

No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of invoice date.

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased, just return the unused portion for a refund of the products purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

Send the un-used portion with-in 30 DAYS of purchase along with your name, address, phone number, order number and the reason for the return to:

We will credit your account accordingly with-in one (1) week of receiving the returned product.

Damaged shipping container/package If you receive a product damaged, flawed or incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation in order to receive exchange or refund.

Please note: Customer is responsible for all postage and handling charges associated with any returned merchandise. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect product We strive to be perfect but are aware that at times we make a mistake. Please email or call us if you have received an incorrect product. We will replace incorrectly delivered product, if it is determined that it is in fact incorrectly delivered.

One note, our closeout section has limited supplies at all times. We try to remove sold out items as fast as possible. Please understand it does us no good to be out of products that you want. We want to deliver what we promise!
