It's always good to find an online store that will communicate with customers. Processing was a little slow; but it was explained that they ran out of an item. I can understand explanations, when folks take the time to offer them. A substation was made, very nicely via prompt email. Received the package, just fine. I wish more of these outfits would understand that communication with their customers is important. Too many just don't seem to give a darn. I respect and notice those who do.,
