(see below for exceptions) Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped through the US Postal Service or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery unless you have a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box, all orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. These rates are subject to change at any time. Expedited Shipping Method Orders shipped via Overnight and 2nd Day Air are shipped via UPS. For these shipping options, add one to three days processing time plus the transit time (one day for Overnight or two days for 2nd Day). Thus placing an order for overnight delivery may arrive in up to 3 business days. If you need your package by a particular day, please include a comment with your order indicating when you will need it. Our staff will make every effort to insure on-time delivery, or you will contact you otherwise. The shipping rates for these options vary by order weight Normal business shipping hours are Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm EST. Please note that orders placed on Friday using these methods will not arrive until the following week. Generally UPS will deliver your package by 8pm on the estimated date of delivery. Due to the fact that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, we will be unable to ship via an expedited method to these addresses. Shipping ExceptionsShipping SurchargesShipping carriers charge additional fees for packages over 30 lbs., hazardous goods, and oversized items. If these exceptions apply to your order, you will be notified by e-mail Alaska & Hawaii In order to provide better service, we ship all orders USPS Insured Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. Territories & APO/FPO Military Addresses In order to provide better service, we ship all orders USPS Insured Priority Mail to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO Military Addresses. While this is generally a reliable service, there is no means of tracking packages to the final delivery address. Therefore APO/FPO orders are not eligible for refunds if packages do not get delivered or are damaged in transit. DOT Restrictions on Air Shipping For safety reasons, the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. For these reason, orders that contain a DOT-restricted item must be sent ground-only. These items include aerosol-type products, such as hairspray, shaving cream and inhalers. Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as fragrances, nail polish remover and bunion treatments. PhillyPharmacy.com does not ship DOT restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses. Item StatusWe try to ship every order the day it is received. Sometimes the item needs to be ordered, this usually takes 1-3 business days. Occasionally an item’s status will change after you place your order but before we process it. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. (Shipping costs are non-refundable.) Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. My Package Was Seized, Now What? If your package is stopped by the customs agency in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them. If the products are indeed illegal in your country, they will most likely return the package to us. If they do, there may be a return shipping fee. Once the package is received back by us, we will contact you by e-mail and refund you for the products, minus the shipping fees. You can also use this credit towards different products or have the package shipped again. We will help you out! If the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price. We followed your directions and those directions caused the product to be seized. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you will give us a try again with different products. We hope you can understand the reasons that we can not refund you for seized products. Our goal is to make every customer happy! We do exactly as the customer tells us to do, like any good company should.
